Job Description: 

Manage and nurture the protection,  fulfillment,  opportunities, and challenges pertaining to each family member's safety, capability, needs, desires, and strengths; as well as for the family as a unit.

Duties:

Every 1-3 Years:
-Research potential cities, areas, neighborhoods, schools, sports teams, activities, crime stats, doctors, dentists, orthodontists, gyms, community centers, jobs, etc.
-Find and secure housing, including but not limited to obtaining funding, processing any and all necessary and desirable paperwork. Initiating and overseeing any necessary repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to said residence including but not limited to yard maintenance, pool maintenance, structural and functional maintenance and repairs. Exercising restrained patience when these entities would prefer to speak with your husband.

As Needed (mostly likely often and repetitively):
-And especially immediately following a move: Scout out all possible opportunities for enrichment, socialization, fitness, and camaraderie and tailor to each individual family member, including yourself.
-Somehow involve yourself in every aspect of each child's life until you are comfortable with the opportunities they are receiving as well as the parties responsible for their well-being while participating in these activities. Including but not limited to: dropping off and picking up, volunteering to help, ie: classroom helper, team mom, troop leader, board member, etc. Do this, also to contribute to your new community.
-Maintain and grow your personal and professional skills amid nomadic conditions.
-Maintain positive connections with any and all people you come in contact with, within reason. Every one of these people is a part of your much needed support network.

Additional Responsibilities:

-Plan and execute fun family vacations, road trips, day trips, hikes, bike rides, etc. (most likely without the definite knowledge if the whole family will be intact for the excursion until the very last minute)

-Plan and cook healthy meals.

-Maintain a proper, somewhat clean and organized home. 

-Ensure that all bills are paid on time.
